manchester vhdl

Hello, I want to use NRZ(non return to zero) for input,
then convert to Manchester code, how can i write this program ???
any reference ? thanks !
 

verilog code for nrz to manchester convert

This Logic cannot be implemented in VHDL. VHDL can be used to implement purely digital designs only.
NRZ to Manchestor code converter requires to be implemented in ANalog..
