[REQ] M320C50 RTL code

I browse in the web that there is 3soft selling the M320C50 RTL, but 3soft was merged by Mentor Graphic. And I look into MG official WEB, they no more selling this IP.

The IP is to provide TMS320C50 DSP functions.

We had an very old design and need the C50 compatible DSP core.

If anyone know there is a stable core like M320C50, please let me know.
