Virtual Instrument!

LabVIEW for Everyone Book is Available in Market. This will give clear idea about LabVIEW.
The Rapidshare Link is available in the forum itself. You can find more stuffs about Virtual Instrument and implementation with NI LabVIEW.

Also, Agilent have HP VEE, which can be used as a Virtual Instrument with Visual Basic.
