Simulating process variations for SPICE models

Is it posibly to simulate production variation that an component have?

What do you mean by production variation? please give an exemple!

Use parametric sweep. See the PDF below page 19. You can do this for thermal sims to useing temp sweep.

SPICE models are usually made for extremes of the process variation. So you can simulate your circuit at each process corner to make sure your circuit will work at all process variation possibilities.
