Can anyone suggest a flow or methodology on how to get a RF design (i.e LNA) from ADS circuit simulation down to PCB?

Which PCB software is recommended for this kind of design (1.8-5.7 GHz range)?

What are the substrate recommended?
Packaging wise? Testing facility?

Especially for those in M'sia, anyone in this are?

Your suggestions/ideas are deeply appreciated.
