Hi

I have to design an analog circuit for IC whose power supply is not freezed. How do I select which transistor to use from PDK library provided by the foundry?

Which parameters like VDD, Gm , Gds , Ft, Ron etc. takes priority in deciding transistor choice as per my application.

I am concerned about IC design, most of the stuff found online relates to choosing transistor for Power applications.

It would be nice if someone can suggest some useful resource for my querry.

Thanks

Hi,

when you mean not freezed, does it mean varying?

Before deciding what takes priority, what exactly is the application?
So far in my studies Vdd directly translates to power and headroom, gm relates to nonlinearity and noise, Gds and Ron relates to gain.
