I am hard to find the value for impedance matching in ADS

my circuit is

1. receive 13.96MHz freq AC signal ( source impedance = 50ohm )

2. then through rectifier ( AC signal -> DC signal )

3. then through regulator ( ?V DC singal -> 5V, 1A DC signal )

when simulating in ADS, there is some problem

#1. I don't know how to put regulator device into simulator ( like LM7805 )

#2. because of problem #1, I can't specify Load impedance, so I don't know input impedance of Rectifier with regulator, so I can't specify matching circuit.

#3. if I know only 7805's impedance value, without putting regulator device into simul, I can put resistance having same value with 7805's resistance.

Pleas help me.

3. then through regulator ( ?V DC singal -> 5V, 1A DC signal )
More than 7V is required.

#1. I don't know how to put regulator device into simulator ( like LM7805 )

#2. because of problem #1, I can't specify Load impedance,
so I don't know input impedance of Rectifier with regulator,
so I can't specify matching circuit.
Use constant current of 1A as load of rectifier.

If possible, use nonlinear current source which ramps up from 0A at 6~7V to constant 1A.
Here use SDD(Symbolically Defined Device) or Verilog-A.

#3. if I know only 7805's impedance value,
without putting regulator device into simul,
I can put resistance having same value with 7805's resistance.
Yes.

can you recommend the diode in rectifier at freq, 13.96MHz?
I find some shottkey diode,, like 1n5817, 1n5819
