My mistake i was refering to the design kit fot 0.35um for ADS.

Another thing, i downloaded the design kit for 0.18um and install it in ads
but when i try to simulate it gives me an error. M1 instance does not exist like the spice model of the transistor is missing could help me with that.

You have to put the process that you are using at the schematic before you do the simulation. I have got the same error too but now is doing well.

I want 0.35 cmos technology for ADS. it's not matter if it's TSMC or AMS. i just wanna the true parameters for simulation in 0.35 um. i you have it, please help me
