Switching from summer to winter time causes problems

Three days ago we changed from summer time to winter time.
This change has led to a discrepancy between my computer time (which has been changed, of course) and the time indicated within the threads.
Example: Now it is 09:58 and I expect that the time of posting will be shown in this forum as 11:58.
Why???
