Hi all,
I created a sense amplifier for a DRAM project I`m working on. Nothing fancy, just a regular sense amplifier.

My problem is that since the inputs and outputs are one and the same (or shorted, which ever way you whish to look at it), how would I go about finding the transfer function of this amplifier in SPICE simulation?

I`m trying to find the gain for different OPs.

Any ideas?

Thank you!
Elad.

You want to run it like you'll use it, meaning a transient sim
and step the cell charge from zero to full, with enough resolution to
see what you need to see.
