PCB testing with FPGA

Hi,
I need to test one of the PCB by giving test vectors from FPGA. I need to know how to do that? Is there any procedure for that?

All FPGA are supporting JTAG boundary scan. There are manuals from the manufacturers, BSDL files describing the device specific programming and software tools to support the test.
