How to calculate core ring width, macro ring width and strap

There is no exact way to calculate this. It is statistical because it is based on the IR drop requirement of the ring, which is based on the switching activity of the core or macro, and thus is based on your simulation data.
 

It is the function about the power and the fanout, in the fact, the enginner confirm it by experiece.
