What is a STIL file (.spf) ?

The Standard Test Interface Language (STIL) Procedure File (SPF) is needed to guide the DRC and Pattern formatting.


it is used by synopsys TetraMAX 2.

how is it genertated

You can generate from tetramax.... or you can write it by hand.. It describes the pins and the bit sequence need to bring the chip to test mode

hi thinkie,can tou tell me how using tetramax we can create .spf file,and is design vision create .spf file
