sir bigdogguru,

its being clear now, as the image above, does the connection now from the pic to the pins of 3310 correct? hope its correct.

Hi,

Yes, that would be a viable interface.

Is the Nokia 3310 part of your ZigBee project?

How is your project coming along by the way?

BigDog

yes! its correct, and thanks to you sir,yup its a big part of our project, ive decided to include the nokia 3310 for graphical interface. since LCD 16x2 is not available on any electronics shops here, and 3310 LCD is more cheaper than LCD 16x2 and way more available. so i think its a good idea. and for the zigbee, we havent keep in touch with it :(, since i want to complete something this week, as ive said were 2 weeks behind of completion and still no progress, so many difficulties to achieve and interface a successful program and availability of the components(especially money), hope that when our group touch already about zigbee, you can guide us sir.

Absolutely. Just keep me posted.

Do you have any experience generating graphics on the Nokia 3310?

I found the is project which covers some interesting concepts concerning the graphics design and implementation:

The project you uploaded appears to be missing an ASM file. I'll attempt to rebuild the project from scratch.

sir, we are permitted to use microC, and ive tried this program, example program in this site, there are errors in the library botskool, and i find it hard to debug it since its a library.. any idea sir?

you might want to try my link try to see it if you can easily interface it to your device.. you can just simply take out the lcd.c and lcd.h file

you can get it working for a few minutes..

of you can post the error you are facing now..

sir romel,

i cant open the link you have given me,since im in school right now and using the wifi, our wifi network is dirty though, sorry :( but ill check it out when i got home

Hi Dabby21,

The code now compilers without errors or warnings, I zipped the project up. Make sure you check any important settings, clock frequency, etc.
