Hai i am somulu.I am very much new to ADS and i want to know how to design LNA circuits and how to simulate those in ADS.Please help me.I have gone through so many papers but they haven't mentioned how to design and how to simulate.Is any body having ADS manual for simulating these circuits.

I haven't any papers or manuals - but i can upload some screenshots with simulation setup of analyses used to design LNA in ADS.

Thank you much sir.Actually i am doing LNA design at 5.2GHz.Sir i need the model files for BSIM3 or BSIM4 and the procedure how to include those into ADS Tool.
