why a (104) capacitor is connected in parallel with a small 3v Toy motor ? as the Toy has no electronic circuit at all then why a filteration is needed?

It helps stabilize the motor input voltage from the batteries

2-C size batteries are used in a toy, the voltages from a battery are already stable. how a small capacitor of (104 value) can do that ??

the toy has just 3 things
1) 3v small motor with capacitor (104)
2) gears
3) battery

could u please help me ?? any expert ??

As the motor rotates, there will be positions where the commutator connects and disconnects the motor coils. These will produce sudden changes in motor current (much too fast to measure on a meter) which cause interference to radiate from the motor wires. This would cause crackling on nearby AM radio and could pick up on a nearby audio amplifier.

The capacitor acts like a small reservoir which helps to even out the spikes in current and reduce the interference. It plays no part in the operation of the motor itself, it is there just to kill the interference it creates.

This capacitor is known as decoupling capacitor, the purpose of using this capacitor in parallel with a permanent Magnet DC motor is to block the inductive kicks generated as the rotor moves
+ it enhances the commutator life by preventing the spark between the commutator & brushes.
if its a simple toy then there is no need for a filter its basic job in a toy is to increase the commutator life thatz it . . .
don't 4get to press helped me

thanks guy I were looking for this info I got a 12v powerwheel and noticed there 3 104 cap wired series/parallel to it. and want to know the purpose of it.

That's just the work of the capacitor as Hameed just said it's still the same thing.
