I am a truely newbie in this domain.
What is the best theory and circuit introduction book or thesis about it?
I mean cmos integrated circuits.
Please help me.

the question you asked is like the following question:
" what is the best theory and circuit introduction book or thesis about opamp ", it is meanless,you must choose spec./process first, then choose suitable architecture ,
for basic operation principle aspect, do search in ti,goole,datasheeet
for transistor level design (analog implement), class-d compose of op,comparator, triangular wave generator, deglitch logic,buffer ...,you can find them in many textbook or paper.

I want to study class-d amplifier from the beginning, so I am not sure how to define the exact thing I want.
