Problem with integration lines with CPW design in HFSS

Hi!
I'm designing a CPW (HFSS) and I had problems with integration lines. Please I need information about Coplanar waveguides using HFSS.

For Wave ports:

If you are using wave ports, set the integration line from one of the grounds to the signal line. You need to make sure the port is big enough so the port impedance is calculated correctly (typically the port width is 3x the width of the ground-to-ground spacing of the CPW and the port height is 4x the substrate thickness see picture).

Do a few ports only solutions in HFSS to make sure the impedance is correct and slightly adjust the port size to suite your design.

For Gap source ports:

Set your port up like the picture below and draw the integrating line from the ground to the signal across the middle of the port rectangle.
