tsmc 0.35um design kit

hi
i have mosis parmetric Test for 0.35um process
**broken link removed**

could some one told me how much
Kp, Kn ??
i knew the result, but i need to be sure
thanx in advanced

Re: TSMC 0.35um

u can find it easily, only by measuring the current and gate-source voltage of a FET.
but I think that kn=3*kp=60 uA/v2.
sorry I dont have 0.35 um now.

Re: TSMC 0.35um

hi
the link of 0.35um process is included in the message, could you try again to tell me what is the kp & kn frome the link

TSMC 0.35um

do a Vds sweep of the transsitor by fixing the vgs. And then measure the current. Now you know all then factors in the current equation , so you can easily find beta..But i feel the transistor gains in these processes available in the NCSU design kit are not high enough.

Re: TSMC 0.35um

thanks, but why you dont accept that value in the process 0.35u paper,

k'= u0 cox/2 ,why you use B way
thanx

Re: TSMC 0.35um

u run the hspice with .op command .
and it will show u all paramtere like kp and kn u cox ..
