what is meaning of this warning?(Pspice help)

WARNING -- Mosfet M_M19, model MbreakN: Pd = 0 is less than W
WARNING -- Mosfet M_M19, model MbreakN: Ps = 0 is less than W
 

Just as the warnings say, pd and ps are too small. The reasonable value should be no less than W.
