Hi all,

I am using level 3 pmos and nmos in ORCAD capture. If my input signal is > 1Volt then Output signal must be 1.5Volt. else output sign 0 Volt.

Please help me to get a design in transistor level or explain to me how to get the desired circuit.

Thanks in advance.

i didnt get you sorry
do u want to design a comparator? ...
thanks...

Hi sorry for the late reply,

If my input signal = 1.5 Volt
then Output signal must be 4.5Volt
else output sign 0 Volt

How do you represent/achieve this in circuit? Could be specific voltage comparator... please reply asap. thank you.

so you have to design a comparator and it must be a differential comparator...

make one input as your reference and another one is your input to be compared...

it will work nicee...

Hi can you please give me some quick tutorial on how to start designing differential comparator? it would really help me. thank you in advance.

hi, thanks for your interest in this topic...

first of all you must know what a comparator is.... for example ... op-amp can be used as a comparator....

but if you need to design for a specific reason means, you can just design a differential amplifier with some quick response time....

Maybe this pdf will help you a lot....

If you have any doubt plese let me know...

Thanks...
