I have an fpga and a adc which uses LVDS signals. Will it matter if I cross the pairs of LVDS signals from the fpga to the adc (i.e. p->n and n->p) so that it is easier to route.

I need a clock for an AD9480 adc. It needs to have less than 4ps of jitter and I want to be able to vary the clock speed from 20M - 250M. Should I design a PLL system or try to find an oscillator that will do the job?

I am going to design a DDS system to output sine, square etc. I will have two filters an elliptic and probably a bessel to get good time domain performance. I would like to correct for the sinx/x of the dac with the elliptic. Hope this clarifies things.
