Help me get a clock for an AD9480 ADC

Hi

I need a clock for an AD9480 adc. It needs to have less than 4ps of jitter and I want to be able to vary the clock speed from 20M - 250M. Should I design a PLL system or try to find an oscillator that will do the job?

can iknow AD9480 use which type of ADC topology

is it pipeline or something else

Of course PLL. but he tuning range is too large.
