it seems like the problem is with your smps. well... open-up your SMPS and check for any bulged capacitors and check all the the output voltages like +12v +5v +3.3
connect the 20 pin power supply to the motherboard and short the green and black pins with a tweezer and check if the board will power on or not....plz post the pic of your motherboard...
oh even i was having the same problem first u check "vdd on" and go to tools and make sure "use vpp first program entry " is ticked and then go to osccal option and click auto generate and it will solve the problem....
