why don't you use script for routing and do some section using script and some section using mannually. i did in our complex board this way after that we otimized it to 98% using script. my board is 16 layer

Any one design the BCM5335 JTAG inrface (Board level). As i am facing prob in Boundary scan wih this BCM5335 as it signal is multiplexed with the SPI and EEPROM signal also it is little bit different fron the standard IEEE 1149.1 standard.

this is regarding ddr pre-simulation frequency (pulse) setup in sigxp.
let say ddr clk frequency is 133mhz (data rate is 266mhz)
can you tell me which pulse frequency you will set for clock signal and data signal in spectraquest and Hyperlynx

how to annotate the reference designator in concept hdl page wise...........
let say page with reference designator start with 100 so i need all the R?, C?, U?, L? etc start 100 onwards in that page.

IN ORCAD 9.1
in schematic capture if you create let say 3 heterogenous part per package of a chip. after that u want to modify that to 2 heterogenous part per package for the same chip in the same library.
DONOT CREATE DIFFERENT 2 PART PER PACKAGE AND COPY THE PREVIOUS
CAN U SUGGEST ME THE STEPS.
for 18 slot bbaklane with 16 slot pheripheral and 2 power slot:
how many layers are advisable for 16 slot back plane with two power slots ?
can i use via for diffrentail signal and cpci signals on backplane.

write name, part reference prefix. In multiple part package fill the following information
PART PER PACKAGE -- DEPEND ON NUMBER PARTS FOR THAT PACKAGE
SELECT HETEROGENEOUS TAB
