What can be considered the "Hello World" of Software defined radios using MATLAB or Simulink?

What makes you think that is general? The newer microprocessors run at 1.8v on the lower end and 3v on the higher end. Legacy microprocessors ran at 5v.

If I apply Vcc to pin 40 of an AVR assuming it to be an 8051, The AVR shall see a Logic 1 at port A.0 without a Vcc. Could this damage the AVR?
