Hi!
Thing is that I want all the components on one board, I know that is cheaper to buy full product but, building it all from the ground up should be much more fun. Also this battery charger will be controlled using microcontroleer, and there will be small lcd screen showing current voltage...
Hi!
I'm planing to build smart battery charger, I've come up to idea to use switching regulators with current regulation instead linear regulators.
But I don't have the schematics of such converter, for example schematics of some converter like is this one would be great, because I don't need...
Hi all!
I have the 2 stroke motorcycle which have restriction on CDI which couldn't be removed. Problem is that CDI is also responsible for controlling the valve in the exhaust. And I've come up to the idea, to buy cheap DC CDI of some scooter or something like that and use that CDI for...
Thanks on answer!
So do you know some good schematics for charging this cells, which will automaticly stop the charging when the voltage rises to 3.7.
Also can you tell me, should I use some thermal protection because in datasheet says that it have one inside!
Hi!
I'm working on formula student project and we got this 4 batteries from our sponsor:
**broken link removed**
And we are planing to use them instead of regular lead battery, but we need to build dedicated charger to charge this batteries because we can't connect them directly to the...
Hi!
I'm building small project with Arduino for my motorcycle. I want to use small LCD screen, about dimensions 3x1 cm, and push button, and depending on push button show either current time, or ambient temp. or voltage. Only problem what is left is to find appropriate LCD.
I looked on ebay...
Hmm, so then if I ground 3 pin it will work, or should I leave it just unconnected, on some examples of UC3845 I've seen it unconnected?
But still pin 2 remains as a problem.
Does anyone knows is this pot ok for this application, can it handle the power which is passing trough it:
**broken link...
Hi!
I'm planing to make this inverter:
https://www.sportdevices.com/ignition/inverter.htm
And i have question about Pins 2 and 3 of UC3845. I'm interested do I need to connect anything to the pin 3 so that inverter works, and on wich turn(100% or 0%) this potentiometer which is connected to...
Than the best option would be to buy transformer in my local store, for around 6$, but only problem would be rewind it again if it is poted with resin or something like that.
And last question, do I really need 30 W transformer, CDI consumes much less than that maybe couple of watts?
First of all, thanks on fast answer, but I'm really don't know lot's about transformers, so the best option for me will be to buy the exact transformer on ebay. What do you think, is it possible to find it?
Thanks!
Hi!
I'm planing to make this inverter, but I can't find the transformer on ebay:
https://www.sportdevices.com/ignition/inverter.htm
Does anyone know which transformer I can use?
Thanks!
So, is it simple tu build that kind of CDI, which gets power from battery, than magneto?
I found this schematic, which gets it power from magneto, but is there a way that I can modify this schematic:
