Hi
What is the use of Rx Threshold value in NS2 ? Is there any relation between Rx Threshold and RSSI value to estimate the distance between two sensor nodes ????
Hi,
I need to find the RSSI level of my WSN node.Is there any possibility
to find it using ns2 simulation? I want to know the ns2 supports RSSI (Received Signal Strength) . If any one knows kindly share with me.
Thanks in advances

Hi
I am using nrf24L01 transceiver in my wsn node.In this transceiver there is no support for RSSI. In this case, is there any method to find the distance between two wsn node ?Is there any scheme like TOF (Time of Flight) will be useful or not. Pls suggest your opinion.
Thanks

Hi,
I need to find the current consumption of MSP430 when the processor enter in the different low power operating mode like
AM, LPM0 to LPM4. and also i need what may be the situation the processor can go to the different low power operating mode.
Pls share the information if anybody work in...
I want to cover only small area like upto 100 meters i.e my sensor node will communicate with each node depending on the distance between the nodes...
also based on the distance transceiver will change the frequency ...
thats why i want wide operating frequency in transciever....
pls reply my...
Hi,
If anyone working with transceiver whose frequency is linearly variable by varying the power. If yes pls tell me the name of the chip and where can i get the same.
Thanks in advance

Hi
normally the radios use the energy while it txt or rxv any data.. remaining time it may be off.
it can be implemented by power management algorithm either in kernel or application level
Hi ,
I am started doing the research work based on wireless sensor network. in which i am concentrating at node level. is there any tool available to know and change the properties of the sensor node.so that i am able to improve the lifetime / enhance the performance of the sensor network.
