One-hot encoding: If you need to design a faster state machine, you would benefit by one-hot-encoding, because you wont have to decode the state.

wat is the difference between the "nm (eg 90 45 etc etc)" and "micron(.2 .4 etc etc)"
is it that
90 or 45 nm means min gate length of the smallest transistor using that particular technology
and
.2 or .4 micron is min gate width of the particular...
