    Re: doubt let me make my question clear wat is the difference between the "nm (eg 90 45 etc etc)" and "micron(.2 .4 etc etc)" is it that 90 or 45 nm means min gate length of the smallest transistor using that particular technology and .2 or .4 micron is min gate width of the particular...
