my noise figure is N8975A,its maximum frequency is only 26.5GHz , so i need a blockdown converter ,agilent has some converter can achieve the request ,but it is so expensive ,so i want to find some block converter which price small than $5000 ,can you give me some advise .thanks

In my layout ,i plan to use three layer(metal1 . metal2 . metal3) as the DC layer(GND . VDD. Vgs ) ,but i am not sure which one as the GND layer and which one as the VDD. which one as the Vgs layer . thanks
i design a LNA with single output , but now i want to connect it with mixer , the mixer is a differential input , so i must convert single output at LNA to differential ! i know a balun can achieve this ,and are there any other method to achieve the convert ....thanks[/SIZE]
there are many small softwall to calculate match network with smithchart , i use "Smith V2.00", it is very convenient , and i calculate for you , the Drain inductor is 1.79nH, and series capacitor is 420f F ,thanks
i think it determined by two factor .first:the voltage gain at this frequency should be the maximum. second:you need achieve match at you intereted frequency. I think you can add a very big inductor at drain(10nH),and then measure the ouput impedance, then use a software like ADS to find the...
