I have a problem
"
A train and a bus arrive at the station at random between 9 A.M. and 10 A.M. The train stops for 10 minutes and the bus for minutes. Find so that the probability that the bus and train meet equals 0.5"
One solution I found was using curves of train and bus departure times...
Guys,
My circuit has an input of 28V and output is 5V. The surges that I am worried about lie in the range of 70-90V as per my customer specification. So this is the idea of specifications for TVS diode I had:
Reverse Stand-Off voltage: 30V
Breakdown Voltage: 35-36V
Max Clamping Voltage ...
I am dealing with a circuit that is showing short circuit between power and ground lines. And I am fairly sure that some IC is faulty or has shorted out causing this short circuit. I know that by removing each IC individually I can ultimate isolate the faulty IC but the process is not an optimal...
Guys my circuit involves a differential signal as an input and some voltage comparators and op amps to extract clock from the signal. Is there anything like a waveform observer at the input and output and the in-between nodes so i can see what is happening at exactly which stage. Anything like...
Guys i am working on a modification of generation of a 3D image from a 2D image and was aiming at using Derek Hoiem, Carnegie Mellon University 2005 source code as a base for the proposed modifier. Unfortunately, the source code aint working for me. Can anybody direct me to a similar project/...
Should have explained this earlier but signal is actually a data line and i need to match timing with a control signal. Multivibrators may be used for a one-time signal but might not be possible for the entire data. can't vary the control signal so the only option is to induce a delay in the data.
I need to induce a delay in order of usec in a signal if and when it occurs. Using simple buffers or flip-flops delays the signals in order nanoseconds. The required delay is around 0.5usec. Need help with that.
Additionally, if a i use a micro controller, would be it possible for a delay of...
Re: BPSK in Simulink
@Communication Engineer:
Option 2: Not viable. That could have been done but certainly not the way it should be done.
Option 1: What effect would the configuration of BER tool have even if the input is still the same? I have seen m-files where they have generated similar...
Re: BPSK in Simulink
I am stuck in a similar situation. I have to simulate BPSk modulation scheme in simulink and compare bit error rate(BER) and EbNo. The problem is that i need multiple values specifying Ebno in the AWGN channel blockset which i am unable to do so that i can compare them with...
Is there any commercial equipment available that is used for ethernet to serial or ethernet or USB converison? Also, if a custom solution for such a case is to be pursued, can anybody guide me to the way out....
Thx
I am looking for a way to control current in a circuit with voltage supply of +28V. The current is supposed to have discrete levels with a maximum value of up to 2 Amps. The discrete levels maybe a jump of 0.5 Amps or 0.25 Amps.
I bought a laptop on a deal. As it is, its recovery partition occupies 7.9 GB and is totally empty. How do create a recovery partition in that space which is not directly accessible? I am i using Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit. Plus can anybody refer me to a link that differentiated between...
Thanx for the help guys. Is there any other approach to solving this problem other than iterative method? Numerical iteration obviously fits but i am looking for a more conventional solution. It is a second order logarithmic equation after all!!!
