    Winpic 800 not working with windows 8

    i have been using winpic 800 for my 18f4520 via windows xp. But after switching to windows 8 its not working. I have tried windows98 compatibility mode. It removed the error message but even then i can detect my hardware. Pls help. Tnks in advance!!

    GSM module - cant get signal

    when i connect my module to power the power led stay on but i cant get signal led blinking. If i am suppose to change the baud rate how am i suppose to do it. I am connecting it to my pc via serial port and using putty software. Thank you!!
