Looks like I should spend more time trying to tune in and find the frequency at which my circuit is working.
So let me go though the connections one more time and try tuning my radio again.

i have been using winpic 800 for my 18f4520 via windows xp. But after switching to windows 8 its not working. I have tried windows98 compatibility mode. It removed the error message but even then i can detect my hardware. Pls help. Tnks in advance!!
when i connect my module to power the power led stay on but i cant get signal led blinking. If i am suppose to change the baud rate how am i suppose to do it. I am connecting it to my pc via serial port and using putty software.
