Which type or pattern microstrip antenna has wider FOV?

Hi, Gurus,
I tried several types microstrip antenna to get wider FOV, and normally FOV is less than 100deg.
My target is 120deg.
I know a famous vendor get 160deg FOV with a curved antenna, but I only to get 120deg FOV with a plat microstrip substrate.
The following picture is one type I tried, this is 45deg twisted.
I also tried 30deg twisted, even worse than 45deg.
I also tried sine curve, even worse.
So I am curious what type or pattern can get wider FOV?
