Whats the best DSP for audio/video FM base band modulator?

FM digital modem

I am trying to implent a fully digital audio and video FM base band modulator.
What is the best DSP for this purpose?

i think tms320vc5502 might be helpful to you.

You could use also Analog Devices Signal Processors.
Some examples for design you could find on the Analog Devices site.

With respect to your application where you want to make FM for video, you might also better have a look at a FPGA implementation which gives you more processing power.
