Hi
You start with Sedra Smith!!!
Once u feel confident ,u can go for Razavi...

For basics:
1. Millman - Grabel --> Microelectronics
2. Sedra-smith

For design and present day technology
1. Graymeyer
2. Razavi (CMOS)

Others:
3. Grebene

Start on with Sedra & Smith as they give basic understanding on BJT analysis design. Later move to Gray-Meyer and Ken Martin for more complex analysis and learning. Once you have covered this book and understand them, that's it man...you can able to start desigining.

As for CMOS, go for Razavi and Philip Alan.

Start with Sedra-Smith for BJT and Razavi/P.E.Allen for CMOS.

I think P.R. Gray's book should be the bible of analog circuit design . Anyone want to study analog design should begin from this book.

maybe the book writen by Grey and Meyer is proper for you.

how about this one
"Fundamentals of Analog Circuit"
written by TomFloyd & David Buchla

refer electronic devices and circuits by boyalstead

streetman book
