what's diffrent between SDF_anno and RC_annotated in sta?

when RC_annotated we will calculate more exact cell delay and net delay.
while SDF annotated,how the sta calculate cell delay and net delay and how the dc or pt perfomance the DRC check for DRC should calculate the capacitance and transition.

SDF files contain only delay data. If you do not provide any parasitic data,
PrimeTime uses wire load models for transition time calculation. If you want
to check post-layout DRC rules such as max_transition, you must provide valid
parasitic data in PrimeTime.
