Hello,

can anyone can tell me what exactly this warning means when XST is optimizing the design?? Should I be worried about that.

That usually means XST deleted the FF because it serves no useful purpose in your design. Check your logic. It may be just an extra unused bit in a register. Or maybe it's a bug.
