Hello!
I have a Tektronix TDS684A digitizing oscilloscope which fails the acquisition test. In particular it reports the following error:
diagnostic test failure trigBtlConfidenceDiag, period=315ns
It also fails self-calibration.
Other than these two it seems to be working OK (e.g., I can see waveforms on the screen).
Does anyone have the repair manual? Or do you have any tips on how to go about repair it? I replaced all electrolytic capacitors on the acquisition board and also cleaned it.
