how to interface temperature sensor to Xilinx FPGA??

Hi,

one of the least elaborated questions I´ve seen...

* There are tons of different temperature sensors for different temperature ranges, different speed, different resolution...
* with many different interfaces
* and many different XILINX FPGAs.

And then it´s not clear what you want from us
* help with analog signal conditioning circuit
* help with ADC conversion
* help with digital interfaces, communication, protocols
* help with hardware / wiring / schematics
* help with FPGA code

Please do an internet search first. There may be millions of informations about FPGA and temperature sensing.
Find out what you need.
Then dive a bit deeper by reading datasheets and application notes provided by the FPGA manufacturer or the sensor manufacturer.

Then come back and ask an elaborated question providing details about your application.

how to interface temperature sensor to Xilinx FPGA??

Take a bunch of stuff and connect it together using a bunch of other stuff. Then write some firmware that does something.
