I want to make voltage reference circuit of -2 volts.which IC should I use?how the circuit can be implemented?which IC should i use?please help....8)

If you have access to both positive and negative voltage supply, you can simply use en opamp voltage follower.
If voltage supply is stable, a voltage divider should be enough.

To generate negative voltage, you need charge-pump or Buck-Boost based on inductor.
