Dear friends,
we are developing a product using LPC2478. on that we need to interface a 4.3" Graphical LCD Display. we have done coding for that too. But we are getting the memory overflow error while compiling the code. we tried to reduce the size of the program. But its still showing the same error. So, I need a following clarifications on that.
1) can we communicate 4.3" LCD with LPC 2478?
2) If yes, then what are the steps we have to make?

Expecting a great favour from your side friends.

Thanks in advance

Ragu

HI

Using the LPC2478 without external memeory and a TFT LCD size 4.3" will consume lot of memory

In order to reduce memory usage decrease the number of color in the palette to 4 or less

,or add external memory for instance 4.3" TFT LCD with 272x480 size will required about 358 Kbyte to hold 8 bit color depth

All the best
