if the PA output is 1 W, with 50 Ohm matching, how can I determine the RF current at output and the corresponding co-planar waveguide (CPW) trace width?

This is my calculation:

Maximum current: Imax=sqrt[1W/50ohm]*sqrt(2)=200mA.

But do I need to consider the skin effect for the RF signal? If yes, how can I determine the minimum trace width of the CPW that can sufficiently handle such high RF current?
