Hi,
I am designing a power supply for MT41K256M16 which is powered up by 1.35 V as main power supply and there is VTT (0.675 V) for the pull up resistors for address, and configuration pins which are all other then data pins. I am wondering how much typical ad maximum current should I consider for designing power supply. My guess is at least 1 A for 1.35 V but not sure about VTT, any idea ?
