Hi,

I'm trying to use HFSS to verify my plane wave back scattering model. I would appreciate where to find such help notes?

I'm using v9.2, hence for the plane wave excitation definition, issit just
> incident wave> cartesian> K: X=1,Y=0,Z=0 & E:X=0, Y=0, Z=1
thats all?
