PCB Track widths

Is there a rough "rule of thumb" for track withs (assuming high speed is not an issue) and spacing?

e.g.

1) If a track is used for 12v dc, 20mA what size of track can I use
and how near can the adjacent track be?

2) If a track is used for 100v ac, 1A what size of track can I use
and how near can the adjacent track be?

Thanks in advance to all that reply

Re: PCB Track widths

Voltage has nothing to do with track width. For calculating track width's I use this program:

Voltage is important for calculating track to track spacing and in my opinion it will be ok to use 1mm/100V spacing.

a while back I installed some programs from ultracad, soon I noticed too many registery changes has been taken place. programs were very professional , but honestly my life is so dependent on my computer that I can't risk any suspecious activity in my computer( I'm a little bit paranoid  ). I didn't install them on next operation system installation. although they have limited capabilities in shareware version they are quite handy.
