spice nonlinear model -ieee

Is it possible to make in SPICE general nonlienar models?
Or, nonlinear resistance or nonlinear capacitance models.
Can I make own models from equation?

Thanks,

Hello,

What kind of program want use it: Ltspice, Tina, Microcap, Orcad Spice...?

Al

Orcad PSPICE or WinSPICE, LTSPICE is available as well

yes, you just use the nonlinear circuit models (ie add series inductance capacitance etc) to your component, this can be done using the subckt command to create encapsulated modules. There is also an ability to type equations in but i dont remember the command, get a good spice book.
