Hi All,

I want to learn how can i do noise modelling of my mixed signal blocks which have flipflops, inverters, buffers etc. If there are any tools in virtuoso or can method or any material which i should refer.
Thanks in Advance

Transient Noise Simulation may be a solution. I have never done such simulation but this is my first guess.
Modelling is dependent on Noise Characteristics of the active and passive devices in them. You should consider them as "noisy blocks" and you estimate total noise at the output.
