need help in pic programming

i am a beginner .i want 50hz zero cross detect with TMR2 and 100hz triac firing with TMR0 on both edge IN PIC16F72 with 4mhz crystel fre please guide me

you are beginner in electronics or microcontrollers or just pic ??
