Hello guys,

Here is the problem.

When I turn ON my TV, there is that kind of black, white and gray points (because I don't have the antenna connected to the TV), and when the TV turns ON I can hear that typical sound that the TV does when there no antenna. But after 5 seconds or so, the TV goes blue.

Can anyone help me out here?

Maybe MS start to implement OS into TVs EEPROMs this can explain blue screen.

In first 5 sec OS loading from EEPROMs.

:)

It was being repaired earlier in some service ?

Get into the Sharp Crt TV service mode

Unplug the Sharp television.
Press and hold the VOL- & CH+ buttons.
While holding the above buttons, plug in the Sharp TV.
The TV will turn on with the Service Menu displayed.

To navigate use CH+ CH- buttons, Use VOL+ VOL- buttons to adjust the value.

It's been a while since I've run a television with no antenna attached, but I seem to recall, some TVs default to
a blank or blue screen if there is no signal reception? (I may be wrong, my memory is bad).
i.e. maybe it displays the black/white dots noise for a few seconds, and then just blanks to a blue screen
when it figures there is no signal.
Does the on-screen display for menus etc work? If so, might be worth connecting a signal to it (either
antenna, or something through one of the AV inputs).

I have connected the signal from the antenna and happened the same.

Well, you never know. Could be a flaky antenna or broken socket. But I'm no expert of TVs. The engineering menu method that tpetar mentions sounds like the way forward.
