Panda 385L board in LED tv

I am repairing a china LG LED TV with backlight OK but no picture. The lower board is named panda 385L where there is the dc to dc converted. The V in to the board is available(12v). I suppose to get Avdd 3.3V output at pin 13 and 14 of the IC6861AAQ but I get 2.4v(low). Connected to pink 13 and 14 is a diode and a coil. The reading of the diode is not OK.
My question: what diode can I use instead of the diode label 3524.
